Our editors are equipped to review personal, professional, and creative content. Common submissions include: professional emails, cover letters, resumes, blog posts, newsletters, social media captions, and website copy. While reviewing a project, our editors will identify and fix spelling, grammatical, punctuation, and contextual writing errors. But we don’t stop there! editorr is committed to improving our customers’ writing from top to bottom. In fact, at editorr, our motto is, “You write it, we make it better!”

Registered users can assign their projects to their preferred editor or submit their content to the general "editing pool" for more immediate service. Editors and users are able to interact in real time via the editorr chat feature. This allows the user to voice their specific needs and the editor to seek additional information and context about each project.

Most projects are submitted, picked up, fixed, and returned to the customer within 20 minutes, although the estimated turnaround time for each job is dependent on the length of the content submitted by the customer. Our editors are notified of the unique pay rate and estimated turnaround time for each project, before they accept the job. Our editors are able to clock in and out as their personal availability and schedule permits; we do not enforce a strict job quota.
